Sad to hear, Jim was one of the first collectors I met when I started collecting. He was always helpful and was a regular at all the local meets. Rest in Peace Jim.

I would also like to send my sympathies to his wife and family. What a shame, ugh!

Jim used to stop by often when he was passing through. He was a "Hoot!" Never knew what would come out of his mouth. His favorite expression was "really?" He used to say that if you got him to say "Really" three times, look out cause he was getting excited! My son called him "NewMaine" since he was born in Maine but resided in New Hampshire and was Damn proud of it! See you on the other side, my friend. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Although I did not know him I understand the loss to the community, the knowledge that he takes with him. Even though he shared his knowledge one man cannot share everything he knows unless you can ask him something. My sincere condolences to his family. Tom.

Wow what a shock. Jim and I go way back 25 years or more just spoke to him very recently. I am so sorry to hear this and my thoughts are with his family. This hobby has lost so many pillars lately it boggles my mine. RIP good friend...Scott B.

Tough to hear, my thoughts and prayers go out to him and the family. I never knew him, but we all had the same interest.
