I have an original (complete with can and two signs) neon sign. I'm unsure of the font of some of the letters ( C, U, S and ect.) on the above sign. I've just finished looking at a lot of photo's of these signs. The two white bars above and below the VRO are spaced to far away from the letters. I'm leaning towards it being a reproduction.

Definitely MUCH more rare in this 30" size, but original IMO. I have a photo of another original 30" SS and it has the white bars high/low like this also. Wish it were in a little nicer shape as I'd love to have one. I'd say finding these 30" are about 1 to 100 of the 42" versions. As a side note, I do not know of any original porcelain neon SS signs smaller than 42".

Yes, there is an original 30" Super Chevrolet Service sign. It's double sided porcelain with the early script letters. They never made the block letter versionin 30". Someone repoed a 30" neon but that is a fantasy sign, never made originally. They are pretty hard to come by, especially in good condition.

The block chevrolet letters are earlier than the script letters shown in 2 pics? Aren't they?

Here's a photo of the only one I've had. I had two big chips repaired on it.
