I picked this up at a flea market this past weekend. I was wondering what era it's from. And also whatever you guys could tell me about it. Thanks!

That's the logo Pan-Am used on their globes in the late 1920's. That doesn't mean the first aid kit is that old. Pan-Am was a Standard of Indiana affiliate.


Wanted: Gas pump globes:Sinclair & affiliates, IL companies. Ripple bodies. Anything Sinclair, Stoll, Pierce, 4 Bros.

Probably rare, but not real desirable.

For awhile, Pan Am did market in the northeast in the 20s, before selling out their stations up here, so tats likely where yours came from.

There's not nearly as much demand for first aid kits as there is signs, globes, cans, and pumps.

Agree with what Bob said. First Aid kits are among a large group of items that generally, only a "Brand Specific" collector would want.
Has a better "trade" value than sale value.
