Just outta curiosity, what was the first piece you acquired that got you to start collecting Petro?
What ever happened to the good ol' days?

Initially a contains lead pump sign at a flea market..... First "real" sign, or the beginning of my collection, was a 2' round ok used cars porcelain neon sign with all original glass. That was almost 25 years ago, still have it hanging in my shop today.

An Esso grease can and a rusty Texaco 2 gallon.
Good oil cans don't wait for people, people wait for them.

A mid 1950's Texaco upper cylinder lubebricant can. I aquired this when I was around 11 or 12. That's when the sickness started.

This was my first "piece". I bought it from a friend about 15 years ago and have been hooked ever since.
