sign doesn't have any condition issues, but they definitely paid for it- (4200.) they bought quality...

it had significant touch-ups around the mounting holes and appears to be another spot around the 9 oclock region. to me, those are condition issues
nice piece for $1200-1500. $4200... crazy.
