I do not really know for sure but I would say they are for a visable pump

The nozzle on the left was usually used on bulk delivery trucks to fill bulk tanks at stations, farms etc.

Thanks guys! I had no idea what the one one left was for, I just know it's all brass and Heavy! I was looking at the pic that was posted for help on an earlier post and the nozzle on the right looks like the one in the pic that somebody said was a clear vision...maybe?

I believe the one on the left is from a delivery truck like one I drove for my dad's heating oil business. The end is missing a rubber cone that fit tight in a underground tank and had a whistle in it so that the operator could tell when the tank was full. Hope this helps Best regards
