Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

Mr. gulfiend, thank you for sharing the pictures. Obviously the Cities Service station wasn't yet selling their ultra premium from what I can see anyway. I did notice their Mile master and 5-D brands. For the record, because of the price differencial, I beleive Sunoco and Maybe Conoco were able to enjoy longevity with their extra cost premium fuels. I also remember Esso Golden too, it was introduced in 1958.

Wasn't that the station in north Miami? I have seen that building somewhere here before. An old cities service station still stands near my home as a fruit and juice stand. It closed sometime in the early 70's.
