Nice picture of a Downtown Seattle intersection from 1940 - Denny and Aurora Ave to be exact.
I wonder what happened to all the signs!!!

In Ann Arbor, Michigan growing up. It was very common to see most corners of large intersections having gas stations.
I loved how my father's station was nestled in an old neighborhood of Ann Arbor. Same as the one Tom Buckles has shown & talked about in Indiana.
