I hate to be "that guy" but I'm having a hard time trying find a good source for Wayne serial number dating.

The serial number off of the Wayne 70 I just bought is:
76355-BDR

I know it's an early one, I just don't know the year.

Any help in identifing the year or manufacture would be greatly appreciated.
