I'm looking to buy a pump that's currently located in Spring Valley, IL (61362 zip code). The destination is Northern Virginia or anywhere remotely close.

Unfortunately, no. The pump is located in a more remote part of Illinois, so the area is only serviced by tractor trailers - no smaller trucks. And this house is not accessible to a 53 footer.
