I bought this some time ago and I've had a couple of these. One I have has six holes and this one has 4 holes. I'm thinkng "why would they repop this sign???" I priced it to a guy because I'm keeping one and he thinks it's a repop because it doesn't have 6 holes. Here is a pic of the front and the back. What do you think?

pure diesel pump plates some have 4 and 6 holes so you cant go by that. It looks ok from here but I have not seen alot of humble signs.

I had one of these at one time and the real ones have six holes with grommets. I also have a friend with one of these and his has six mounting holes also , And I know his is the real McCoy also.

Yes, I agree too; but why in the world would someone repop this sign? I know they repop signs like 12" pump plates ( that should be 10 or 10 1/2" but why this one?

This is one that just sold on ebay. It has the same work as mine front and back. I guess they repopped 6 holers as well?

Here's a photo of the real McCoy. The 4 hole is a knock-off. . It took me a little bit john to see the differences but once I really studied ,there are a lots of differences in the original posted by Phillips 66 and yours . I have a friend that the exact sign I am sure ,I will get a picture of it .
I like SINCLAIR and old American made stuff ... No china items.

Thanks Travis. you can also check back to my posts when I found "a 6 holer" porcelain in my travels. I think it's original as well. I also have a painted sign that is just like it. It's old and I believe it's origninal as well.
I'll go back and see if I can find a pic of it.

I bought this one in Kansas about a year or so ago. It was porcelain and near mint.
