Hello All!

I'm new to collecting and have been trying to locate a pump or two to go in my garage with my classic cars. I got a lead on an old junk pile and went and did some digging.

I did get lucky and found some parts sticking out of the ground. After a bit of digging, I was able to find at least two pumps and several front panels, it appears. Weather rolled in, so I was only able to get the panels on the first trip, so I'll go back for the pumps next time.

Anyway, I need help identifying what pumps these panels go to. Any assistance e would be appreciated!

Thanks Phil! Looking forward to seeing what else is out there. Hopefully there is enough to salvage an example if each pump.

Yes keep digging. Bowsers may have been Phillips with decals ,but maybe there are pump plates from other brands that were discarded and buried . Good luck!

Yeah the Bowsers were definitely Phillips decals. I looked at them yesterday, and now that they are in climate controlled environment, the decals and top layers of paint are just falling off. It appears they were repainted at least twice, and that is what is peeling off.

I did also find a Bowser face plate buried in the ground as I was trying to get the panels up. Originally I thought it was just the Tokheim and the two other front panels. But as I dug deeper, two more appeared, along with the face plate.

Can't wait to go back and see what else is there as I try to retrieve the pumps.

Oh, here is a photo of the spot undisturbed. The exposed face plate is the Tokheim, and you can see the small pieces of exposed steel from the three front panels. They were much bigger than I expected, given the mostly exposed example I started with.

Never had so much fun digging in the ground, waiting to see what condition everything was in!
