Hi guys,
Normally I would never consider touching up a sign with some wear and tear as I like a little patina. This one is really clean everywhere except where it was bent around a corner. Had a chance to buy it fairly cheap and I've always liked this sign. Plan on hanging it inside my house.

Since you plan on displaying it yourself and you want to enjoy it then there is no issue with touching it up. The caveat is that if you are going to touch it up, make sure it's done well and matches color for color.

Easy touchup because colors are bright and free of staining...why not? Do it..if you hate it, strip the paint off.

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

Not a sign I'd spend a lot of money touching up, but I definitely would if it could be done reasonably.

with that minimal damage, it is more desirable and valuable as is. In this case I think touch up will detract from it
