Congratulations on getting the faces! Your enthusiasm is great! Post some pictures once you get the pump together. We like pictures.

You were lucky to get those. The only guy that had them is out and may not do more.

You can get the hands and the curved end caps for the sight glass from Ron Scobie. Here is a link to his sight http://www.gaspump.com/Other_Parts.html just scroll down to Bennett 76 for the curved end caps and down to Bennett 77 for the hands. Hopefully the little hubs for the hands are still attached to your clock unit. Can`t wait to see it together with the missing parts in place. I like unrestored pumps. Here is my unrestored Bennett 76. It is an early version with a visi gauge instead of a sight glass like yours. The early 77 also had a visi gauge.

Matt your 76 is beautiful!! Is that pretty much the way you found it? Did you have to search for any parts to make it complete? I wish mine had a bit of color in it besides the Mobilgas signs!! I love how that looks!! Looks like you have a heck of a collection!!
Yes the part is there for the hands to attach. The curved end caps that you are talking about. Are they on the four corners of the pump? Sorry trying to figure out. Also are these reproduction parts the corners and hands?
Thank you for all your help Matt!!!!

The parts I am talking about go on the faces and cover the ends of the sight glass. If you look at the picture of the 77 I posted then look at the faces you just bought you will see what I am talking about. They go in the opening on the faces. They are reproduction parts.
I added the globe and the ad glass (both original)to my 76.

Gotcha!! I went back and did notice the ends. They look like they might be plastic?
I was going to ask you about a globe? Should I search for original? Is it going to be hard to find original? Get them to match the porcelain signs on the panels right?

You can get repop globe lenses but you would need an original globe body with rust and maybe a little red paint. That would be hard to come by but so are Bennett 77 faces and bezels and you found them. You could also go with an original or repop glass body globe and look good.

Yes I guess I'd better start the search!! I hope to get up to John's soon to get the bezel's. Pretty much why I won't be going to the Ozark show. I'd better stick with getting this pump all back together and complete first!! I can't wait to see it all back together!!
