This is an older restoration. It was sitting outside on his deck. He used tractor type paint and said that's why it faded so bad. The globe is complete. Decals are flaking off. Red paint has weathered off. Has a plastic cylinder. Only two aluminum measure meters. Bottom stakes are broke too so will not sit inside properly. Tag says model 515F Serial # 48268-C

I would leave it with the patina on it...nice find!
I am always looking for anything Texaco or Oklahoma oil and gas company's, also I am a newbie at seeking globes.

Thank you Ron! I just wish I had someplace indoors that was tall enough to put it all back together. Someday the pole barn will be built!

Thank you Braden! I am going to just give this a clean up and put it back together minus the crown. Too tall. What do you think about the crown and the red that has faded and chipped off? Would you have the red repainted on the crown?
