I am helping clean up a warehouse for a shell distributor (don't get too excited, not much old stuff) these signs came from an old warehouse in another town that they closed a long time ago. The story I heard later was when the owner sent a couple of guys down to clean up the warehouse everthing went to the dump, including the globes. Anyway this looks like 50's or so from the way it is made but don't know any more about it.
