While doing an estate sale in Decatur, Alabama, I came across this picture of a Texaco Tanker Truck. I asked the owner for a little bit of information about the picture and he told me that his Grandfather drove it. I thought this was unique, how Texaco displayed their utility signs on the truck. Just wanted to share this with everybody how the utility signs were used in different ways. Hope you enjoy seeing the picture. Larry

I found several Texaco Roof Cement cans (notice the black T)while cleaning out the attic. Could not believe it! Can't wait to get into the basement to check for more treasures. Will post pictures if any are found. Larry

It took a little while longer than I expected, to finish up in the garage at the estate sale. Here are a few more items I found that were Texaco related. I will post a couple more photos later tonight. On one of them, I could not believe the condition it was in after being in a box in a garage after years and years. Enjoy and the best one is yet to come. Okay, let's see who can guess what the last item in the box was...

Thanks to all of you who viewed and posted. I really enjoy doing this. Here is a photo of the Texaco hat that surprised me the most. It was in really good condition after all of those years. Thanks, Larry

Are you sure that hat is not a reproduction. I once had a bag filled with those patches, they were all NOS. I sold them all and many of them are now on hats. Even I put one of them on a Illinois prison guard hat I purchased at Iowa Gas. I was told the real Texaco hats had little buttons on each side of the hat that had the Texaco emblem on them.
