I recently found a Mobil Oil metal enamel sign - approx. 1920's. I don't have a photo yet, should have one soon. It is about 7 feet by 3 1/2 feet. It has a dark red background, with white lettering (the white letters and entire sign is trimmed with black). In the upper left corner is the Gargoyle logo. The words "Mobiloils" takes up most of the sign - slanted from the left lower corner to the right upper corner, Below the "Mobiloils" towards the right side it says "a grade for each type of motor". Also in the lower right is a picture of an oil can - it has the Gargoyle logo and says "Mobiloil, Arctic, (light medium body), Vacuum Oil Company, New York, USA." I have had two collectors look at it and told me that it was in very good condition despite a small hole. I have searched ebay, as well as the Internet and have had no luck in finding any information or value range on it. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
