I have the stop light (r/g/y) and walk/don't walk mounted on my shop wall in separate areas. The bottom of the stop light sits on the top of the threaded pipe in the 3rd picture and the walk/don't walk hangs from the threaded pipe that points down on the left side of the 3rd pic. The bottom of the large diameter fits over a pipe and is secured with the 4 set screws. Jeff
