Hello guys. Just yesterday I saved an old neon sign that had ALL of the insulators broken and pushed thru to the inside of the sign in order to attach plywood signs to the surfaces. I need a total of 16 insulators. Prefer the glass #100 style with a sheet metal threaded washer. My sign has 1.75" holes. I know they can be purchased new, but I'd rather have the old crusty stuff with dirt and paint all over them. If the washers are rusted and gone I can improvise. email me with what you have, will concider anything, also could use some tube standoffs too. Thanks Scott

Scott,
My neon guy wont touch them. I threw away a ton of them a while back. If he is making new glass from the ground up, the project gets new insulators. On my end, I will bring him whatever I am restoring and ask, "how many amps and volts", and replace the core and coil transformer based on his recommendation. I want what I build to last well past the start of my dirt nap. Alternating current and vintage electrical/wiring do not mix well.
