I have had two of this sign. BOTH were stamped on the flange as well.


Mainly focused on Oilzum, Jenney, Harris Oil items & original paint gas pumps.

Both of mine have the makers mark on the inside of the flange (you can see it in one of the photos I posted)and the one in the auction didn't.

The flange being bent the opposite way is not an indicator, but I too would have liked to see the back side of the flange. It may have left the factory out the back door as a second. One side the lettering was better than the other. The edges of the sign also looked too crisp.

Wanted anything Flying A Gas, Signal Gas, Hancock oil co, and Sunland.
