what possessed a troubled cub scout to take a hatchet to a narrow 60?!! "OUCH"
looks like he took a "sideswipe" hatchet slice of the sight glass & he spared the sheetmetal.

in answer to your question: that piece is called the top.
seam across the very top means its a narrow 60 top only.
the 2 panels in pic below it are doors.

your rusty top side panel looks like it could be saved.
if you decide to replace it, any wide or narrow 60 panel will fit but there are many different versions.
1.2. with or w/out (vent) louver on top of panel
3.4.nozzle fork - with or w/out louver
5.6..push buttons - with or w/out louver
