I recently spotted a black & white image of an Oilzum sign that indiacated that it dated from the 1930's that at the top had the saying:
"THE CREAM OF" "PURE PENNSYLVANIA OIL"
Instead of the common: "IF MOTORS COULD SPEAK......"
The photograph was of poor quality, so the sign did not show up very well, so I dove into my collection of porcelain enamel and antique collectible books to find another image.
According to the Huxfords Collectable Advertising Book (4th edition from 1999) the 24" sign is valued at $2,500.00. It seems that there also was a 24" double-sided version of this sign that is even rarer. Unfortunately, the book does not have pictures of either sign and I would love to see what they look like.
Might anyone have either of these two signs in their collection to post them here?
Most of us are familiar with the common header, "IF MOTORS COULD SPEAK......", but I would love to see other alternative examples.
Thank you.

Wow! Thank you gents for the link. The "Winter" Oilzum sign is spectacular. I'll email the owner to learn if he has any closeups of his collection.
Thanks again!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a fine gentleman Jeff Wilson, from Gas From the Past, was in sending me photographs of his fine collection in Pecuiliar, MO. He send me photos of the highlights of the Oilzum collection that belongs to his uncle, most of which came directly from the family that founded the Oilzum Company.
Thank you again Mr. Wilson for supporting our hobby. Please know how much I appreciated you going out of your way to send me this information.
Regards,
Chad Haas
