Finally found a 39 GMC COE; will be putting on a P30 chassis and turning it into a car hauler with a period correct dovetail body on the back!

a Peotone purchase... i bought this porcelain embossed sign that originally hung in Wrigley Field in Chicago, until it was removed during a renovation in the 1960s.
I am not a Cub fan, quite the opposite actually. But I am a huge Chicago Bears fan, and they also played in Wrigley Field until 1970. So I bought this knowing its a piece of Bears history that would go good with other memorabilia.

This neon sign was put in storage in the 1960's when the raised viaduct was built in Vancouver. The owner had planned on using the sign again. All original neon tubes and transformer...it's been in a time capsule for the past 55 years. Great looking sign Dave. I contacted the seller but he was asking too much. I understand the price was more reasonable after a short time and change of owners.

Found some neat early magazines ads. My favorite is the Coke ad from 1922.
