It has been up for auction for some time... Not sure why it hasn't sold, as the starting bid is not high....

Bob-- I too am surprised it hasn't sold? Those old winterfronts are tough to find in nice shape and this one appears to be pristine? Very attractive piece at a very reasonable price.

Ok time for some education. Why's it called a winterfront? Nevermind I went to the original listing. I must have used a million of those, except mine were all specially crafted out of wherever piece of cardboard was lying about. We called them rad covers back in the day.

they used them on the fronts of radiators during the winter to keep the cold air out,to let engine maintain temp or it would never get hot..they are still used today in the trucking industry..I use one on my 2014 international when it get's below zero..Alan

always liked these radiator covers... even started collecting them at one point until I needed the wall space. They look really good sandwiched with two pieces of plexiglass and then riveted. then they can be hung on the wall with braided steel wire going from one above to one below, for a really nice display.

Mine are not in such pristine shape as the one on Ebay seems to be; But I'm happy to have them:
