Pennzoil curb sign and base, the sign is the rarer 20" diameter size, one small chip on one side only , other side is mint. No touchups, no restoration all 100% original, in original steel frame. It has a makers name at the bottom on both sides " Nesco Signs NY " .. pipe is new and the base is old and embossed "Property of the Pennzoil Co. , Made in USA". it's a great find.
