Hi, I have an Eco 97 I am working on. I have rebuilt the main valve, check valve, and a new diaphragm. But when I put air to it, and turn it on, even with no air demand, it keeps pumping shots of air. There aren't any leaks that I can find. The stop screw is adjusted to specs. I do get puffs of air from the little drain tube from under the main valve. Ideas ????
