I'm going to list these in the for sale forum, but I don't have a clue what they are. I have 32 of the "C" shaped and 32 of the "diamond" shape. Don't know what they are or what they are worth. They came with a bunch of Fry gallon markers I had. I took each one and cleaned on my wire wheel; they look like brass. ( can't find my magnet )

The markers at the top are Fry 17, 117 for sure. I am not sure what other Fry visibles the "diamond" shaped markers were used on. Fry 87 used diamond-shaped markers with holes.

About two years ago Tim Rohr did a comprehensive search on what he called sticks, actually identifying every gallon marker he could find. Just go the search section on this website and type in Tim Rohr. His work is great.

Thank you! That was a great thread! I saved it in my favorites so I can go back and look at it when needed.

Here is the link for anybody wanting to identify visible gallon markers.

They are for a Hayes 604-H "Junior" visible pump. The part that attached to the "C" is in fact a spring plate that allows the "C" to be adjusted up and down the vertical gallon strip which is missing.
