eBay item nbr 16132088122i shows a round Gulf Kerosene pump plate. In the in tihe initial description the size is described as 11". The plate does no really look perfectly round. However, when you go to the plate description after opening the site, it decribes the plate at 10.5" and circa 1960. I believe this is a fake pump. Maybe I'm wrong. I would stay away from it.

...I'm betting the seller mis-measured, and that it is 10.5"...
Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

for the life of me I cannot understand why people put original signs in this category, for years to come new collectors searching for info will immediately see this sign in the "KNOWN REPRODUCTIONS" and give them false info.
Questions should be asked before posting a sign in this category.
