Looking at all the Revere catalogs I have had, Revere never set out to make a "Air, Water pole." They just offered this as an option to any light pole they made. This is why there are so many different ones.

I put a few in my Air Meter Identification book, but there was no end to them. They were just poles drilled out to accommodate a air line or a water line.

The CD is cheaper than the catalog I had printed up. If you want a paper copy please let me know and I can have one made. Jack Sim is correct in that there are a ton of variations in the way they couold be ordered. The lights were the same way- a ton of spotlight options, but only a handful of shade colors.
