The first nozzle is not a EBW but OPW (Ohio Pattern Works). They are still in business and if you purchased gasoline today chances are that you used a OPW nozzle. My 1932 OPW catalog does not list that nozzle, all the nozzles that are listed are brass. My 1947 OPW catalog lists a 402, but it is a ball-bearing swing joint, not a nozzle. Are you reading the number correctly? My 1959 OPW catalog doesn't even list anything using the 402 number.
Please take a look at your other nozzle, does it say G&B not C&B?

EBW (ENTERPRISE BRASS WORKS) WAS FOUNDED IN 1896. THEY DID NOT START PRODUCING PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT FOR ANOTHER 60 YEARS. THE 402 NOZZLE IS A LIGHTWEIGHT MANUAL FARM NOZZLE USED FOR SMALL ELECTRIC PUMPS AND GRAVITY FLOW TANKS, THE COMPANY I WORK FOR SELLS THEM EVERYDAY FOR ABOUT $15.00. THE C&B NOZZLE I'M NOT TOO SURE ABOUT. THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY THAT PRODUCES PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT CALLED CLAY & BAILEY, I DONT'T KNOW IF THEY HAVE EVER MADE NOZZLES THOUGH.

On the ebw nozzle it has number 5 on one side and number 403 on the other.
