I saw a Wayne 60 the other day and it had this attached to one door. Is this original? Could it be a cover to attach a handle and manually pump gas? I did not have a chance to remove the door to inspect inside the pump.

Hello Keith, Yes it is original and yes it is for hooking a hand crank to it either during a power outage or for rural no power area use. I also had one like it at one time. Hope you are doing well.
