Anyone from around Antioch, IL going to the show at Columbia. If so, I need some 5 gallon cans picked up and brought to the show for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Phil

Thanks, Phil

I will be out in KC today and tomorrow and if I can I will try to get out to this show for a quick drive by. I think my meeting will end by 10 in KC then it looks like a 2 hour drive to columbia so I could be there at 12 then I would need to leave by 3 to get back to the airport by 5 for my 6:30 flight. Does this sound reasonble for you area natives? Where in columbia is this show?

You will be comming from KC on I-70. You will enter Columbia on the interstate and continue eastbound until exit 128A (US63). Exit there and proceed northbound on US63 for approximately 3.5 miles. Exit for the Boone County Fairgrounds. There will be a sign. Turn right off the exit and right at the next intersection (about 100 feet). Head south and the fairground is about 1/4 mile on your left. 2 hours sounds about right from KC.

Spoke with Steve (SSlick68) today. He's locked and loaded...truck load of pumps that is. I think he must have some money to spend after selling 13 Gold Crowns in two months. HA, got to be a record.

Wish I were going, someone take lots of pics for us to post.

Good Hunting!

Steve's just trying to throw off the other guys so he gets all the good stuff. LOL
I'm up and getting ready to go. Had a great day yesterday at the dealer setup time. Sold some books and shirts and talked with a bunch of Oldgassers, including a bunch of lookers who are not yet registered. Hardly have time to take pictures, but I got a few. But I forgot to pack the cable to plug the camera into the laptop. Grrr.

Sorry Liam,
I was gone at the show by the time your message came in. No Internet access there for me to get messages. Maybe someday we'll be able to take a dish with us wherever we go so we can get online anywhere.
Didn't see that sign, but I was so busy at my booth that I didn't get to shop around the swap meet like I usually do.
