I have been searching for the type of nozzle that would have been supplied with a Fry Model 77. The sales brochure has a drawing and the nozzle appears to be a Morrison Bros. Fig. R-189A. It had "flanges for locking to the gas pump." Anyone ever seen one of these nozzles?

I have a similar nozzle, a model 189 made in Dubuque Iowa. I assume the "A" model has the added second lever.

I believe that the lighter colored second lever in the illustration is there to illustrate the movement of the lever. I may be wrong. I believe there is some sort of attachment on the side of the lever. Dave

Wes, the "A" is the model with the "flanges for locking to the gas pump." Thank you for sharing the picture. If you run across another one, please let me know.

I have mentioned here on OG that I have adopted this pump and am trying to gather as much information about this series of pumps. When this request popped up here on OG my first question was, is this the nozzle shown in the many pictures I have of the pump. I know some of the earlier pumps used a open nozzle, but I always assumed this style of nozzle was a Williams.
Just to keep things correct please let me know if I am correct or wrong.

In the meantime, I think I have a nozzle you are looking for, will let you know if I can find it.

Jack, let me know if you find a Morrison or other brand of self closing nozzle that looks like the picture above.

I have been conversing with the seller. The M530 is a small volume nozzle with 1" ID. The 189 nozzle has a 1.5" ID. I can't find the M530 in Jack's nozzle literature. The 189 nozzle literature shows it only comes in two sizes, 1" and 1-1/2" ID, but the eBay 189 nozzle is larger than the two sizes in the literature.
