Where is the lock out bar? I have 2 117's here in AZ I am getting ready to sell and am unfamiliar with a lock out bar. My doors have a hasp for a lock only. Thanks for any info you have.

Not all 117's had one. The ones that did have a release knob to the bottom of the door. It keeps the adjuster handle from moving after gallons have been selected.
Here is a picture of one with the bar.
