Signs have me so sketched out these days. I have seen the ladies and the mens versions before, but not the toilet.

Could it be some stations only had one bathroom for both "Men" & "Women"?

I once HAD the Ladies and Gentlemen rest room signs in that exact color-split rivets.I think it is the "old" shell colors.
