I need to buy some of the reproduction panels / access covers for the base on a Fry 117. Can some of you guys with experience in this, give me some recommendations on whose pieces fit better? I've found several different sources, but know nothing about the fit and finish of any of them. Thanks in advance for the help! Bruce

I believe they are all stamped by the same person. The fit is not good as received, based on my experience. You will have to bend them to the shape of the pump as the curvature of the repros is never the same as the pump base; close, but gapped. When you install them, make sure you have the wide "lip" at the top. The access panels have a wide lip and a narrow lip. Wide at the top. Joe

hi!! i have been making the fry doors sense 1984 i think about 5 or 6 hundred pairs. with all repo parts the fit should be checked before painting . they are rold out if you stamped them like the old ones you would have about a $ 50,000 die to make. i sell them to vics 66. charley

Bending them should be a piece of cake.Heat with a torch and wrap around something with a slightly smaller diameter. Dave
