This is a DOT High Pressure Auto and Truck Lubricator, made by the Carr Fastener Co. It is lubricator #SC170, and measures 8-1/4" long. A Google search for this tool turns up a number of auto and gas station service magazine ads for it, dated in the early 1920's.
I've cleaned this lubricator a bit before taking the photos, but I'm sure more could be done. Nice, if you're displaying old service tools in your shop, or gas station re-creation.
