I wish I was able to help you out. In fact I'm in need of a Springfield 10 gal. pump top / dome as well.
Maybe we could luck out and someone might loan theirs to have a couple recasted by Ron Scobie or someone.

GUYS! I HAVE A HAT LIKE THAT. I HAVE A KEW-IDIAL 10 GAL MADE IN ST LOUIS THEY SEAM TO BE THE SAME BUT FOR THE HAT THAT I DONT HAVE OR THE JAR LID WHICH MAY BE CAST IN THE HAT. SOMEWHERE I HAVE A DRAWING OF THE HAT I NEED. I WILL LOAN THE HAT.CALL ME CHARLEY 417 394 2788
