Hi, Gang. Can anyone shed a little light on the vintage of this quart oil bottle, and also some info about the Coast Oil & Grease Company?

It's a genuine oil bottle, with the "fill-to line". It measures 11" tall by 3-1/2" in diameter.

The bottle reads: "The Perfect Lubricant. CASTOR-PENN MOTOR OIL. 100% Pure Pennsylvania Plus De-Gummed Castor. COAST Oil & Grease Co. Inc."

Thanks for any input. John

Hi again, Gang. Haven't found out anything on this bottle yet. A question for the California people: Do you think this could be from the Coast Oil Company that was founded in San Jose, CA around 1935? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. John
