Some more. Done4, in your station I couldn't stop myself to see a wonderful bus you have there, it's a french bus made by CR Charles rossignol in late 1920's a pretty rare model, not usual to find one in usa

I think they are from the same time frame. The detail on the bus is amazing which caught my eye. Les

Les , I began trying to do a former Marland oil station back , two years ago that was built in 1920 on the city's South Side . As you know , Marland Oil's logo was a "Triangle " . This station was erected on a triangular lot and the side walls reflect the slope . The fellow who owns the building is German and has a bicycle shop there now . he's been no help at all and actually politely told me he would rather I choose a different location . He's just plain paranoid as this stretch of Forrest Hill avenue is really nothing short of a "Combat zone " at night with drug dealers ....

The Gibbs shell station is pretty cool--the bus looks like it was made for it. I would have played mostly with the triple decker Esso with the elevator...

[quote=MATT ALVAREZ]Very nice!!! You have the ones I like the most. Do you have any of the Matchbox BP stations? I had a couple as a kid. I have not collected any because that is almost a separate hobby that takes up time, money and space. I do have a one of a kind hand made station "folk art". The only information I have on it is that it was made for a little boy in 1942. It was purchased by an antique dealer from the original owner. It is made out of porcelain coated steel. It is pretty big. The base is 36 inch x 36 inch. It was originally set up with lighting in the garage and pumps.
Here you go Matt, missing one station light but still in ok shape. Les
