Sorry everyone..I have to bail out on this edition of Freds. I recieved some bad news today that leave little finances to play with. I have informed tom already and thankfully he understands and I hope everyone has a blast and I will miss you. I was sooooo looking forward to spending a week with Fred and seeing everyone and visiting Ted and Pams place on Sat night. ILove you all..have fun..sorry I have to miss it. Hubba, Now I'm bummed. I was going to give you your choice of one of my cans for that Richfield lube equipment. If Tom brings it you can still have choice but I wanted to see ya man. Ethyl and Pam are sad. I just got a new Hula skirt for you. I understand as sometimes things just don't go right. See ya soon. Ted ------------------ Ted Pam & Ethyl Roach Lodi CA. Tom, Wow, hula skirts? I havent been to Freds or any other Bash in a while, have they changed? I will be there this time with a buddy, hopefully doing more selling than buying, I will be bringing a lot of stuff if I can get it packed up in time (havent started yet), signs, cans, smalls, maybe some paper, who knows Ive got the screw gun out and its in reverse. Hope everyone is in a buying mood. It will be nice to see everyone again. Later, Dean

Dean, glad you can make it. A few things have changed (mainly prices!!!) Bring LOTS of stuff (you can't sell it if you don't bring it!) Do you want to set up under the big oak? Are you blasting down in the '55? See you there!

Tom, shade is a good thing(is it the tree with the bee hive?). How have prices changed? Are they up or down? How are signs doing? Cans, pumps, badges/buttons, paper, smalls, etc. I need some help here, I will have high prices but I do want stuff to sell, any help appreciated, Dean

Just found a large stash of Marble signs in the back room of Mendenhall's place. Seems that Jack was hoarding these things before he passed away. Going to have a garage sale there on the weekend of Fred's to sell off this junk so I am staying home.
Is $25.00 bucks each okay for AutoClub Marble signs? Just need some advice.

Dean, just bring the stuff down there. If the price seems too high, you can always drop it a little; kinda tough to raise the price. Oh yeah, it's the tree with the beehive, although I think they've moved on. Fred was hitting them pretty hard on rent!!!! See you in a few days!!

Poor Man I think 25.00 is a little high for some of those Auto club marble signs. I know up here I see a lot of those old marble signs with the cat eyes that look like marbles for 10.00 a sign at garage sales. Good luck at the sale Don
