Here is an adapter for the globe rings on top of pumps from 6" up to 7" globe bases. Most Standard and Crown globes used 7" bases and if a pump has 6" base you'd need one of these or replace the whole ring. This came off a White Crown globe. Asking $85 shipped to the 48 Thanks!

Just to help out anyone that is unsure and wondering. This is a made up piece, not an original adapter.

my original adapter has more of a curved flange to the bottom neck, its not perfectly perpendicular like yours... so I believe Dave may be correct

Mine is also like the one Bryce is describing. The one you have is definitely homemade with all of the tack welds on it. But it will serve the purpose.
