The ECO Model 15 was the lowest price meter ever made by ECO. In the early 30s they introduced the 33, 37 and 38, but the Depression started and they weren't selling anything, so they came out with the no frills Model 15 in 1932. It's cost was around $25.00 for the wall mount.

4 page, original Care & Adjustment of the mechanism.
All pages meassure 8.5" x 11" and are in nice condition.
