Don't see these in my neck of the woods. This is a nice sign with a few random chips dated 1962. Approx. 4'x8'. I have an opportunity to purchase this sign but know very little about it.
thanks!

Spur introduced this design in 1962 and they remained in use into the late 1970s. If this turned up locally, there used to be a Spur station in Fishersville that used a sign like this. It came down about 1980 and stayed behind the station for several years but was not for sale. Great sign.

This may very well be the sign from Fishersville, not sure. I bought it but may have paid too much. I can't find much regarding value. Any opinions?
-thanks!
