Good luck on Air Cleaner Assembly! They are so hard to find for a Hi-Po 390!

found all but the air cleaner so far, even a set of NOS Bumpers! I'll find one sooner or later. Our "S" code goes in for full restoration in August.

Wow, nice job finding those parts. I have a fastback GTA '67 S-Code as well (in restoration) and I know those parts are hard to find. I thought I bought the right air cleaner but mine is wrong; also need the exhaust manifolds which are special too. My car has the tilt away steering option and the tach, finding those isnt fun either. The rear valance wasnt even on my radar as a special part, have to check what I have. (I thought mustang parts were supposed to be cheap!)

Here is ours. This is a 67 S-code GT390 4 speed car. With its options it is 1 of 1. 1 out of 125 with its options with air conditioning. Love to drive this thing!! We pulled it out of a shed in Wichita in 2012 where it sat since 1978. The previous owner repainted it in 1977 and added the fiberglass side scoops.

Sweet ride Brandon! I just bought an Air Cleaner $$$! Still looking for the dual exhaust rear valance. That was one part that I have not found yet.

We have our 390 and our car was a 4 speed car. We are going with a Tremec TKO 600 w/ .64OD and modern driveline hydraulic clutch and QuickTime Bellhousing.

Brandon, awesome car, really sharp. Love the acupulco blue, reminds me of THE car that got away from me. I had a friend send me a photo of a fastback that was for sale, just a shell, guy needed $$$ quick. By the time I figured out it was an S-code, blue on blue w/ air, it was sold (half hour later). That car got me obsessed with finding an S-code, here's the one we did end up getting eventually, black on red. I was concerned about the red interior at first, but its really cool once you see it installed. This is work in progress...
