The way I read the post it was concluded to be a fake back then. Once a fake always a fake. That's the problem some people only read what they want to read and interpret a post to fit their needs. Irregardless, to me it's very clear; that sign is a fake.

Perhaps I misunderstood or didn't identify the sarcasm in some of the comments but it appeared to me that most people didn't think it looked right but then continued to waffle on about how it's possible it might be legit or that not all items have been seen/found, etc.
That being said, yes, though I am still a green horn I would agree it is a fake.

And you wonder why so many people are just not buying Red Indian signs now. Unless you have one of the Canadian experts with you, why chance it.
