Sight-seeing on the way back from moving rock crusher to a job, saw these signs and painted up oil pump " rocking horses". The gate was closed, so didn't get to see what was in the building. Dam it...

I believe he is from Shelby? I was by there 5 or 6 years ago and there was a Wayne 70 and tall 39 outside, and again that time no one was around.
