Hi.
If it is a Wayne...what model?
I see a lot of model 70 pumps that look similar, but not exactlying the same. Thanks for any help.

Wayne 70--just a model without the ad glass. Looks short though? Hard to tell from the picture. How tall is it?

Frith, thanks for the response. It is about 5.5 feet tall. Does that height make it a short or a tall? I assume short, yes? There is a bracket on top to house a globe/sign

Mine measures 74 inches, may have been cut down.

Wow. Cool pump Brian. Thanks for sharing. Yours is obviously taller. The space between the sight glass and top is the obvious difference.

Missing upper & lower access panel in rear. Still has all the guts inside. Is this worth $600? That's what the man is asking for it

I would pass. The door is probably gonna cost you $150 & then you will have to cut it to fit your pump. You can probably find a complete pump for $750. Chris

IMO 600 would be a decent deal if it wasn't cut. But I believe it is. With no ad glass and stubby,it's kind of a doggy looking thing -to me.

It was not cut. It was removed from a barn. I believe it is just a Wayne 70 short. The gap between the sight glass and the top is unlike any others I've seen. Perhaps they just made this pump in a short version?

If this pump was cut down from the base how do you explain the location of the sight glass compared to the top of tank? Tall pumps sight glass is much lower

Perhaps nothing! Wayne made a model 100 and did not make a 70 short. The 100 resembles a 70 and was Waynes answer to the need for shorter pumps.

Wayne made a lot of different versions of the 70 but never a "short". Yours is a cut down version of one of those model variations.

I like Wayne 70's but would have a pretty hard time paying $600 for that.

I bet if you look at the inside bottom edge of door there is no 90degree bend, just straight where it has been cut. There is no such pump as a short Wayne 70.....unless it has been cut. Chris

Frith is right. I think it is a Model 100. Thank you, sir! I appreciate all the suggestions. I will try to get it for less,
