I have been trying to buy this globe and sign for about a month.
It took a pump delivery trip to a customer in Maine to make it happen.
We made a stop over in Rochester, NY where the pump was located.
The pump has been sitting in a shed in Rochester for an estimated 40 - 50+ years after being removed from a nearby station.
Scott Benjamin states the globe is a previously undiscovered globe from the Colonial Oil Co. The sign is rare too. Curved not flat.
This is the third previously undiscovered globe I have come across in my years of collecting.
That is why I always say, "The Fun is in The HUNT!"

Both globe and sign have ben sold.
